  Laureate, Ltd. is managing my house while I am living abroad. I find great comfort in knowing that my house is in great hands while being so far away. I would recommend the company to anyone!

  *Update- 1 year later a couple months after moving out: I renting a 2 bedroom house from Laureate for 1 year. Dealing with the company was a nightmare. I just finally got (most of my $1500 deposit back) but past the 60 day mark and that was after calling and e-mailing repeated time. They still withheld more than $50 from a water bill I paid and sent proof of payment yet they won't even respond to my e-mails. Nothing worked in the house. I moved when the house was filthy. Carpet was crunchy with cat pee and after fighting them they finally replaced the carpet. The carpet man showed me that the floor in the master closet was soaking wet and covered with black mold. I immediately called Laureate and they said no that is an old leak and I had to fight them to come out and all they did was spray peroxide on it. Shower broke for over a week (a 1 bathroom house mind you) and had no way to bathe but they said it was not an emergency. If I were a homeowner I would NEVER trust this company to take care of my home. I would also never rent from them unless you are desperate. I moved in to a laureate property recently and moved into a nightmare. House wasn't cleaned, carpets reeked like cat piss and crunched when you walked on them, and several other issues. The property management was very rude when I called them about it, no apologies whatsoever. They act annoyed if you call about an issue. I have already fixed several issues myself and have been cleaning non stop. There mission statement is "We get our rents..." maybe treat the renters with some respect and you can keep a good tenant from time to time.
